S P O I L E R I just read the log line for this ep, and it says that Shal breaks away from the team to help Adam...interesting. So the others don't want to help Adam? Is Shal the only one who still has any faith in him? Very interesting...

Hang on a minute...though what you said could be true, why wouldn't Shal tell the others about Adam? And after what Lexa has told them about Adam and what a "creep" she thinks he is, maybe the rest of the team isn't inclined to have anything to do with him. Would make for some good drama, that's for sure. And good ole big hearted Shal is the only one willing to hear him out and help him.

hey good point cleo that may jsut be it well we gotta wait to see which is right and this has so gotten me thinking of all the possible reasons for all of it such as why did adam not return to MX, why is Shalimar the only one helping Adam, did Shalimar tell them she was leaving, do the others know that it is Adam and why wont the rest of the team help? and way too many others that i can think of

It would be really cool, in a dramatic sense, if there was a scene where Shal was telling the others "hey, Adam needs our help," and they were just like "why should we help him?" Because you know that Lexa will be resistant to helping Adam, and I think her point of view might "infect" the thinking of the others, who I think have been hurt by what they have recently discovered about Adam. But see Shal practically grew up with Adam, he is like her father, more so than he is to the others, and I don't think that she can write him off so easily. She's willing to let Adam explain himself, willing to give him another chance cause she loves him. We'll find out this weekend...

Yeah. Even though Shal has a temper, and even though she responds badly when she is hurt by somone close to her, I think she is the one that will respond to Adam. Like you said shal, Shalimar has been with Adam since she was 15, and Adam did rescue her, in a manner of speaking. I don't think that she is ready to give up on him.

Exactly Iagree with everyone on it all. I mean if u grew up with someone ur whole life and they "die" and u find out horrble stuff aobut them u tend to think there is a very good reason why and ur willing to let them explain why all this is so. Shalimar loves him like her father and is willing to give him a chance.

In "Lest He Become" Shal was initially angry with Adam, but it wasn't genuine I don't think. I think that she was more shocked by what she found out, and reacted, than anything else. After all of her time with Adam she can't just ditch him - its not in her nature. I think Shalimar feels the way that I do - she wants to hear Adam's side before she makes any decisions. And I think that no matter what happens a part of her will always love Adam.

Yep you cant stop loving someone by jsut the fact that they did sutff in the past and he was sorry for it. Shalimar was extremely shocked and you could see how upset she was in Into the Moonless night....she was devestated he was "gone"

Yup. She loves Adam and I don't think that she is going to abandon him, not matter how mad she is...that is, unless she finds out that he truly is a creep, which could be entirely possible, though I don't think so.

Some how I just doubt that he is a total creep...I really jsut cant see that happening with him especially with all he has done after he left Genome x
