I liked the subtext Liked it so much that I have found myself hoping for a Jess/Lex thing when/if the show comes back. They don't have to like "be together", but a little fling might be nice... And uh...you're gonna have to fight my mom for Forbes/Jesse... ;D

Yes Rain we do have to fight it out for VW That sexy hunk of man is M-I-N-E [glow=blue,2,300]MINE[/glow]!!! Back on topic: Jesse more or less showed us in his mind just how he feels about Lex. I mean when things got the toughest, he thought of Lexa herself, and not any of his other friends. Just her. I didn't see your face in there anywhere Cowgirl

[quote author=slidershal Jesse more or less showed us in his mind just how he feels about Lex. I mean when things got the toughest, he thought of Lexa herself, and not any of his other friends. Just her. [/quote] That's true, Slidershal. Jesse only started to climb out of the pit when he remembered that Lexa would be waiting for him. The memories of Brennan and his teammates only caused him to freeze in place or fall further.
In the end, I almost felt sorry for Ken, even though he is such a backstabbing selfish villain. He went to all the trouble of finding out that Lexa had access to the Dominion's resources, getting Lexa's cel-phone number, obtaining those special bullets, and waiting for the right moment to shoot Jesse, all for the woman he loved, only to discover that she was actually long dead.

In the end, I almost felt sorry for Ken My point exactly ;D And I felt bad for Ken, too, in a way. He went to all that trouble, and in the end it was all for naught. Not that killing Jesse, or trying to kill Jesse, was the right thing to do in the first place...

Once again, Tashy dear, I am going to remind you that your face was nowhere in Jesse's memories. If he's so in love with you, why was it memories of Lexa that really saved him?
