Most of you don't like Mason Eckhart, but give these tales a chance. I dig deeply into issues the show skimmed over, and incorporated the rich backstory of the faux websites. Also, understand the science of genetics, so when I write about it, the writing doesn't sound unconvincing or like magic. [Science is what I do.]
I have walked around the grounds of the R C Harris Filtration Plant --'Genomex'-- and when I write about that setting, I have a visual in mind.
You will recognize my Mason Eckhart; he did everything rotten we all saw him do in S1. I never pretend that he is a nice guy, but he is complicated and logically motivated. Stories set before Incident X show a very different man with a wife and children (they’re canon from the faux sites!).
For the romantics among you, one of these stories has been described as one of the most romantic in all of Mutant X fanfiction—by non-fans of Mason Eckhart!
