From the Spoiler: The next day, Shalimar visits Bishop and asks what the future holds for Mutant X. Bishop simply tells her that the final battle is upon them and that "Four will begin. True love will call. One will betray...And one will fall.""True love will call" huh? That has to be about Bren and Shal ;D So begins the mini-arc that will end in the consummation of their love for each other... I couldn't be happier.

This ep had WAY more subtext in it than I thought it would. I figured that the prophecy at the end would be it, but I was SO WRONG.
I mean we had Lexa calling Shal on her "Brennan issues", Lexa gossiping to Jess about Bren and Shal's "thing" for each other, and Riley asking Bren about "the one who's fingerprints are all over your heart".
Is this really even subtext anymore? lol I think you could call it maintext now. ;D And if what I have read is correct, its about to become maintext in a MUCH bigger way...

The only reason that I can't wait for the finale is because I know what is supposed to happen with Bren and Shal . But I am sad that the show is most likely over, and without any kind of resolution . This episode really, is the first time that the writers have come out and "admitted" that Bren and Shal have a thing. Its hinted at in "Hand of God", but still dismissable. But here, with not one but 2 characters calling Bren and Shal on their behavior with each other... THAT says something.
