I have said in the past that I thought the first subtext moment was Shal's plain jealousy over Ashley in 'Lit Fuse'. After watching 'Kilohertz' this weekend, and the infamous bungee scene, I think that I might have to change my mind. I was watching that scene again and I noticed a...spark, if you will, between Bren and Shal, one that went beyond the really good on-screen chemistry they had in the scene. When Brennan helps lift Shal's hair out of the way of the harness, she looks back at him and smiles - not a friendly smile. Something else. Go back and watch it and you'll see what I mean  |

I'm interested to hear what you have to say, since I have seen that episode and that scene many times and never noticed that smile until now. ;D Sorry real life caught up with me over the past few weeks will endeavour to see this with new eyes over the next few weeks. You're right I saw the episode too and now I've noticed. It seems that the producers had from the beginning of the show the intention to create a long relastionship between Shal and Brennan
