From Vicky's interview in the May 04 Cult Times Magazine:
"His [new stunt coordinator John Stead] approach is rather different to that of our former stunt person Paul [Rspovski]. John likes the fights to be really vicious. Shalimar dispenses with her victims more quickly this season, and they don't always see her coming. She may skitter along a rooftop and follow her 'prey' before suddenly pouncing on them... He likes to see what you can do with your body as opposed to putting you in a harness and wire."
I have to say that the perfect thing for John to do would have been to put the wirework elements together with the more organic approach. Shalimar's fights would have been better that way. But I have to say also that the more organic take gave Shal a real fierce animal edge that I liked better than the way she was in S1 and early S2.
